Q: Can I bring and drop off my unwanted or garbage items at your business to dispose?
A: No, we are a residential junk removal, Dumpster rental, and garbage collection business. We would be glad to rent you a dumpster or schedule a pickup of your unwanted garbage disposal needs.
Q: Do you dispose of tires, chipped wood, or wooden yard waste
A: NO, we are not able to dispose of tires, chipped wood, wooden yard waste, hazardous waste, dirt, concrete, lead batteries, rock or gravel, or any flammable waste such as gas, diesel, propane, kerosene, etc. at our local transfer stations. Q: Are you open on the weekend?
A: Yes, we are open Monday – Saturday closed Sunday, weather permitting.
Q: What form of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Cash, Credit Card or Check. Please be advise that there is a 3% processing fee for all credit card transactions.
Q: Can I put out extra bags with my weekly garbage collection from Holidays?
A: Yes, we understand that during the holidays , more trash is accumulated.
Q: How many bags of garbage can I put out with my regular weekly garbage collection?
A: We allow 8 Bags of bagged garbage per weekly garbage collection.
Q: Can I put out large items such as couch, recliners, tables, water heaters, mattress, etc.?
A: No, we ask that you call our office to schedule a large item pickup which we try to schedule on a Friday or Saturday after our weekly garbage route is complete. You can also find our large item pickup prices on our website at www. ezdumpsit.com.
Q: If my weekly garbage collection day falls on a holiday, when would my garbage be collected?
A: We will make adjustments for holidays that will be announced on our website: www.ezdumpsit.com and/or our social media platforms. DON’T FORGET TO FOLLOW!
Q: How do I put my service on hold for vacations and such?
A: Please call our office and our staff will be happy to put your service on hold till you notify us to return to your regular weekly garbage collection status.
Q: How do I replace a damaged, Lost, or stolen Garbage collection bin rented from EZ Dumps It, LLC?
A: Per the 96 Gallon garbage collection can rental agreement, you are responsible for the replacement of the garbage can at $70.00 per can. Please call our office promptly so we can get a replacement garbage can to you.
Q: Do you offer discounts for weekly garbage collection?
A: YES, we offer a discount to all veterans, senior citizens, and first responders.
Q: If I’m handicapped or disabled, how do I get my weekly garbage collection can to the curb?
A: We offer a VALET SERVICE for anyone that is physically unable to get their garbage collection can to the curb for pickup, we will gladly come and get your garbage collection can for you, empty it, and place it back, as long as we are able to access your location. Please be advised that weather, can be a factor as to why we cannot assess your location. Please contact our office and let our staff know that you are in need of VALET SERVICE for your address.
Q: When should I place my Garbage collection can out for pickup?
A: You will be assigned a certain day of the week for your weekly garbage collection, place your garbage collection container outside on the curb the night before pickup day, as our team starts collection in the early mornings. If the Garbage collection container is NOT out when we are en route, your weekly garbage collection WILL NOT be able to be picked up and would need to set out the following week.
